Festival Accessibility
OUTsider strives to provide services and accessibility for all patrons of the arts. Learn more about how we do this below and please contact us with any questions.
Building & Amenities Access
The Vortex and Butterfly Bar are accessible by wheelchair in the theater, bar, and all restrooms. Doors do not have automated mechanical service.
Parking
A drop-off area for mobility-impaired guests is directly in front of the Vortex/ Butterfly Bar entrance gate. Mobility Impaired Parking is available to the left of the entrance gate.
Seating
All performances in the indoor theater have wheelchair and mobility-assisted seating locations in the front row via a ramp and cement surfaces.
All performances in the tent theater in the Butterfly Bar yard have wheelchair accessibility and mobility-assisted seating locations. The tent is reached via compacted dirt ground.
These seats will be reserved each show for folks who need them.
ASL
American Sign Language interpretation will be scheduled for all performances on Friday, February 21st. Single-day weekend passes are available for purchase in person at the OUTsider box office.
Printed Programs
Larger plain text printed programs are available at the box office.
Air Safety
Clear the Air filters will be used in the indoor theater and at Conference on the Couch. Masks will be required for all performances in the indoor theater, the tent, and Conference on the Couch unless you have a medical condition that would make it unsafe for you to do so. We will have masks available for attendees.
If you need other accommodations, please email accessibility@outsiderfest.org with your request at least 1 week prior to the festival and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
